SHIPPING & RETURNS
StanceCo. offers free shipping to the United States for all performance parts. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
Shipments will be sent within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on a built-to-order or custom part/order.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns after 60 days. No credit will be given for installed/used or custom parts and/or orders. All returns are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee and must have a return authorization issued, prior to sending the parts back.
Parts must be uninstalled, in the same condition/packaging (no dings, dents, chips, or scratches) as shipped and return must be within 60 days of purchase. All shipping is paid for by the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected for signs of damage or use.
StanceCo. stands behind its products; should there be a defect with one of our products, we offer a one-year replacement parts warranty to the original purchaser on all parts. For all warranties, customers must show proof of purchase and pay the shipping on all warranty parts. It is StanceCo.'s sole discretion to decide what is covered under warranty and what is not.
Normal wear and tear items are not covered under warranty. (e.g., Heim joints/rod ends)
No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs in installing or reinstalling a part.
The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.
