Steering Rack Stops (10-pk)
Delrin rack stops that slide onto your steering rack to limit steering on the CTS-V and prevent wheel rubbing/contact. 
 
These come as a full circle, but you can trim a 1/4" section out of them to "clip" them onto your rack without removing the inner tie rod.
